MATERIALS AND WARRANTY
What is the jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is designed and manufactured handmade. All silver jewelry is made of sterling silver, Gold plated jewelry is sterling silver plated in high quality and resistant 24K gold.
We have a beautiful collection of solid gold jewelry as well.
Do you offer warrenty?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 1 year warranty.
If your jewelry needs renewal of plating, please contact us to send it to us and we will send it back to you free of charge.
We will charge a small fee for renewals of plating after termination of 1 year warranty.
If for any reason any other problem occurs with an item you purchased, you may contact us and we will fix it for you and send it back to you free of charge.

ORDERS
How do I know if my order went through?
After placing an order you should receive a confirmation email. If you don't see the email, please check in your spam folder, it may have ended up there
How can I make a change in my order after it went through?
If your order already went through and you need to make a change in the size, color, shipping address or any other change, no problem! Please contact us as soon as possible at: meitalbjewelry@gmail.com or Whatsapp +972-542645421 and if your order has not been shipped yet, we will make any adjustment requested.
Please note our working hours are Sunday-Friday, 9am-6pm (Israel time).
How can I know when an item I want will be back in stock?
On all items which are out of stock you will find a box saying "email when available" by clicking the box you will open a pop-up window to insert your email. Once your item is back, we'll make sure to send you a message.
PREPARTION AND DELIVERY
How long does it take to prepare, package, and ship my order?
Each item is made specially for you. Orders are usually ready within 14 buisiness days, but we make an effort to have them ready as soon as possible.
Local Orders -
Local orders are shipped by a door-to-door service via a private local delivery company throughout Israel.
Delivery will take up to 7 additional business days, depending on the shipping location.
International Orders -
International orders are sent via express delivery with the shipping company DHL and arrive between 4-8 days.
Please Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do not take responsibility for delays due to customs
Once the order is ready and collected, the package will arrive at your location within 3 business days.
How can I return or exchange an item?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you to make it right!
You may return any unused item you purchased, for refund or exchange, within 14 days after recieving the item.
