Shipping and Returns


Processing time can take up to 14 business days. once your order has been made, it will be shipped. Delivery will take up to 7 additional business days, depending on the shipping location.

We try to prepare your order for shipping as soon as possible.

Self-pick up - From Arlozorov 80, Tel Aviv. 

Local Delivery - Delivery cost 30 ₪, for orders over 300₪ delivery is free. The delivery will arrive within 7 business days from the moment your order is ready (in addition to the time it takes to make the order).

International Shipping - 150 ₪, International orders are sent via express delivery with the shipping company DHL and arrive between 4-8 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Jewelry can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after receiving the purchase.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t exchange or refund your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the following situations only partial refunds are granted:

• If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts and these issues are not attributable to errors on our part.

• If any item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

    The responsibility for covering shipping costs associated with the return of your item rests with you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

    • Please note: The refund for items made of gold is only 60% of the purchase value.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunetly, special orders, personalized orders or 14K gold orders cannot be refunded.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on the item’s condition we may choose to repair the damaged item or replace it with a new one, if you prefer that we repair the original item, let us know. 


    Refund Policy

    All pieces of jewelry are handmade and may be slightly different from the catalog photo.

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange.

    To return jewelry, the piece must be unworn and unused in its original condition and packaging.
    Custom-made or sale pieces can’t be returned or exchanged - All orders in 14K gold are considered custom made.
    You will be credited the full price, excluding all shipping charges.
    Shipping costs will not be returned and it’s the buyer's sole responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
    We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
